Hi Guys! The first thing I want to say is thanks a lot for your visits and for the comments! I’m so happy!
Today I’m going to talk about Mary Kay Extra Emollient Night Cream. If you didn’t know about this product be patient and wait just a little, first I’d like to say something: all I say in this post is just my own opinion and experience. I’m not affiliated to this brand or any other. I just wanted to clarify this. Lets start!
This Mary Kay emollient night cream is a moisturizer that helps to maintain the natural moisture of the skin and replenishes hydration in specific dried areas. It’s ideal for extremely dry skins and meant to be used in specific zones of your face like nostrils, forehead, or in your body like hands, knuckles, knees, elbows, ankles, feet, etc. I really like the function that this product does.
I bought this product when I was in Spain, especially for my boyfriend. He has a very sensitive skin, specific dried zones and eventually some eczema. Besides, I also use it for my hands and knuckles in winter, usually these are parts of our body that requires special skin care.
Initially I wasn’t sure if it had a good price: 18€ for 60g. (about AUD$23), but once I used it for the first time it made me a good impression. I know there are more products from other brands but they are also much more expensive than this one, of course! I’ve been looking for this product here in Australia and I’ve found it for AUD$29, more than what I paid for it in Spain. After thinking for a couple of days whether buying it or not, I decided to buy it, almost one year ago so it can last for long.
As you can see in the picture, that is how it looks like. I’ve put too much on my hand only to show you how this cream is. With that amount I could apply it in different parts of my body. I also like not having to use a big quantity of it, with a small amount you can mosturize an area good enough. The texture is very greasy and shiny. I’m not very fan of greasy creams so that’s the only thing I don’t like about it and it’s also a little hard to apply because of it, needing to extend it well enough throughout the skin to absorb it.
This product you can apply it in different ways: directly on your skin or for better results, if you have several dry skin, first moistening with some water and after that applying the cream, helping to maintain the natural moisture.
The last picture is to show you the ingredients that this cream contains, in case you want to know about them. I don’t know if you are aware but I’ll say it just in case: the ingredients are sorted from big to small quantities, being the first one the base of the product and so on until the ingredient with the least amount.
I hope you’ve enjoyed it, liked and especially hope this post has helped you! Don’t forget to tell me if you’ve tried this product, if you’re thinking on buying or if you already knew about it! Tell me in the comments, I want to read you!
